Went in to sell some old smart phones I had laying around. Staff was great and prompt to assist me the moment I walked through the door. Walked around and checked out thier extensive inventory while they checked my items. Once they checked out my items I was given my paperwork to sign with cash in hand within minutes. 10/10 would and will shop again.

We absolutely love everything about pocket pawn. They have the BEST customer service. Awesome deals. And I love that they are always pushing themselves to be better. They also have awesome sense of humor lol their signs are epic.

Great place with great prices. I've bought lots of stuff from them and always had a good experience. Staff is friendly and willing to help you out however they can. They're layaway plan is pretty great too if you don't have the cash up front.

Tyler is cool people! First time I went to his shop... he knew exactly what I was looking for and hooked me up.. and gave me some time to return the TV if I had second thoughts.. Thanks guys, have nothing but love for y’all... and I was satisfied with the flat screen...

Staff is absolutely rude and apparently blind to customers being in their store. This was my second time in the store and both times I was completely ignored. The two employees behind the counter cared more about gossip than helping me with a guitar I’d like to have seen. Not gonna wait 20+ plus minutes for help. Either hire more staff or teach the ones you have to be courteous and how to serve customers not each other.

Tyler and everyone at Pocket Pawn always provide me with a great deal when I’m in town. So glad I subscribed to his Pull List email list. I read it very well to see what deals will be available that week.

Seth should be your go-to guy at Pocket Pawn! He’s so kind and sweet, easy on the eyes too. Extremely helpful with everything, especially guns! He knows everything! Great customer service! I’ll definitely be coming to back to talk to him. I know he’ll help me with whatever I’m looking for.

Pocket Pawn has such a clean environment and well-kept employees. I walked in just the other day and Kevin helped me pick out a new pistol. He was very courteous and professional. 10/10 will shop again!

I absolutely love pocket pawn they email me a list every week of the new stuff going on the shelf and I stop in just to see what they have at least once a week their prices are fair and they will even haggle with you as long as they’re making some profit they will work with you!! Pocket Pawn is the single greatest thing to ever happen to Alabama, maybe even the whole country. As I entered one afternoon, a gentleman named Sam approached me and asked if there was anything he could assist me with. It was at this point that I realized Sam had an incredible glow surrounding him, and he was also wearing a halo and sporting feathery wings. With tears in my eyes, I spoke: "Well, to be honest, I was just looking for a few PS4 games." He responded, "Come with me, my child." I grabbed his hand and he lifted me towards Heaven. I stood before a vast sea of clouds and warm sunlight as I saw all my friends and family who had passed on. "How do I achieve this level of holiness?" I asked. "Well" he spoke, "the first thing you need to do is let me sell you this gun." And the gun was a reasonable price. Blessed be Sam. Blessed be Pocket Pawn.

Pocket pawn is an amazing store. There were so many items to choose from. The best part however may have been a young man named Jacob who helped me in selecting a tv for my living room. Thanks again Jacob for all of your help.

One of the best pawn shops I’ve been too, they have amazing prices and deals. Caleb is an awesome dude and he is so respectful and nice! This is the only pawn shop I’ll go to!

I loved this store since it first opened up! I want to say a lad named Sam had helped me figure out what guitar strings i needed and helped me in the purchase of Mortal Kombat on the Sega. Great person, was calm and professional the entire time!

I came into the Pocket Pawn in Ozark looking for a pistol. While I was inquiring I had the sweetest lady helping me! Mrs. Amanda was so helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, and so kind and understanding of my situation. Because of her I now have the perfect pistol for me and I will be returning and letting others know to go as well!!!

I love to shop at pocket Pawn they always have great deals and customer service has always been top notch, for instance I was looking for a particular gun they didn't have it in stock that day but just two days later Amanda Dewald called me to let me know a Glock 19 was in store. And it was just what I was looking for! Thank you Amanda for great customer service and going above and beyond for me.

I went into Pocket Pawn awhile ago to find some items that I had the hardest time finding. As soon as I told Kevin what I wanted he pointed me in the right direction and was very knowledgeable about many of the things we discussed. It was a breath of fresh air to go into a business and actually have an employee give a damn!

Went into Pocket Pawn the other day to look for a tv. This young man named Kevin was very helpful and more than willing to talk me through finding the right tv for me! He found me the perfect 50" LED Smart tv to play XBOX on! Knowing it's a second-hand store, he even said that I could return it for up to 3 business days if it didn't work properly! Would give 6 stars if I could!!!

I love going into Pocket Pawn and seeing all the new things they are selling. Once a week they even send out a Pull list to my email detailing all the new items coming up to purchase. Tyler and his staff are wonderful. The store is always clean. If I have questions about anything i'm interested in purchasing Tyler and his staff have no problems answering them the best of their knowledge.

Always something cool to find in here and Bruce is always a great help. Best pawn around!

Love this place, come to get all the beds deals and neat items. You never know what you will find. The staff is amazing as is Amanda, very goal oriented and level headed, great customer service skills. Caleb is good, very knowledgeable of firearms, Adam is a wiz with electronics as well, very awesome staff all around. I will return

Pocket Pawn is the best pawn shop in Ozark. In fact, Pocket Pawn is the best pawn shop experience I’ve ever had in my life. I was helped by a gentleman named Sam and he was incredibly helpful, professional, and personable. He helped me find a new pair of speakers for my record player and a gun. God bless this shop. Our family had bought many products from the shop. People are very nice & helpful. Being in a wheelchair has been convenient for me with a pull list sent to me. Tyvm.

My experience is usually great. Nice friendly workers, smiles on there face and always help out with great deals. Only problem today I called to just check when my next payment was, and was put on hold for 10 minutes. So hung up called back and made the comment I was just put on hold for 10 minutes and Amanda response was ooohh my goodness, we have been slammed, just for a 48 second call I was put on hold for 10 minutes????

Went in the other day to browse around and I ended up buying a hot little mini bike. The gentleman that helped me, Adam, was extremely knowledgeable and polite. Can’t wait for a sunny day to ride this thing, I’m going to be the coolest guy on the block!

This place has a great friendly atmosphere. They have about anything you want from guns to electronics with good deals on it all. I do business with Daniel, who goes out of his way to treat me fair.
