PNC Mortgage Newmark Dr, Miamisburg

I would not recommend this bank to anyone due to the horrific experience I am having with them. I acquired my mortgage through National City Mortgage which afterwards had a class action lawsuit filed against them for discrimination. PNC bought this company in 2008 and paid a settlement, however they did not change my interest rate which is over 7% , in the end this lawsuit and settlement only benefited PNC and not those who were treated unfairly because of race.

The only thing you can consistently expect from PNC are failures and mistakes that just shouldn't happen with a loan. Loan officers don't have a solid understanding and parrot misinformation. I received an appraisal and other documents in the mail after I closed. I asked for them before closing and was told they had to be mailed. Once received, they were incorrect. When I questioned information, I was given more incorrect information. Once I proved the loan officer was giving me incorrect information, she refused to return calls or emails. No one wants to take responsibility or explain it. This is the absolute last time I will consider a loan with PNC.

Terrible customer service. multiple mistakes. lost paperwork. These people are the worst with home mortgages.

I have begun to suspect I am being discriminated against by PNC Bank. I applied for a refi with cash out the first week of August. Good credit, ample income and they simply have refused toclose the loan. They are dragging their feet with the intention of me taking my business elsewhere. HAVE ANY ASIAN EXPERIENCED DISCRIMNATI9N WITH PNC. Has anyone file a complaint with fair housing/lending?

My experienced was definitely a nightmare, I spoke with a mortgage underwriter who had very low knowledge of what was going on and kept saying she had a college degree in Law. Her name is Shelley Stinson and was very uneducated.
