PNC Bank N Port Washington Rd, Mequon

Unfortunately use this bank for an auto loan, I would love to use the online system however it has never worked. I have tried multiple times and their website always has an issue on why I cannot get logged in. I chat with customer service reps each time who have been genuinely helpful, however to no avail. It shouldn't be difficult. I asked last time to just send me paper statements, the advised me to log into my account to do it. I reminded support that's what we have been trying to fix, my online access! They offered to transfer me. Been a year, I still cannot access their systems. This is my first account I have had with them and will be my last.

Hey Jason, Read up on bank policies and call the PNC help line on your own time. Women get married and last names change, deal with it. Hey ladies, make sure you carry around your marriage license with you at all times because Jason needs proof or you can't deposit $ into your own account like the 100 times you've easily done in the past. I will gladly drive into Milwaukee to save myself the headache of dealing with this guy again.

When we moved here I was considering changing banks due to the negative experience with PNC where we used to live. But the customer service at this bank changed my mind. The first time I walked in, they opened the door for me and greeted me at the door.

I just had my daughter pull her money out of this bank. She has a 700 credit score and she saved $10,000 for her a new car in this bank. The bank declined her because she has too many hits on her account in 30 days(she bought herself a cell phone and a watch). I said if a bank can’t help you when you need them but can help you when you don’t need it than you don’t need this bank. If she can’t get approved for a car with a 700 score, she can’t get a house with an 800 score. I am having her take her money and move it to her other account at educators whom approved her.

I drove up to the bank this morning (the drive through) around 8:30ish and the bank was closed. Apparently they changed their hours. Needless to say I was not pleased by this. They had a sign on their window saying the new hours but the print was so small I couldn't read it. So I came to work and tried to find Mequon on their list and they don't have it listed. So I googled asking if the bank was closed. Oh no their new hours are 9-5. How very nice for your customers!!!!! Not Happy. Guess I will have to go on line and either look for another bank that will accomodate their customers or do online banking.

I wish I can put less than one start because the people here don’t know anything about their job. I wasted time and money here
