PNC Bank Old Denton Rd, Carrollton

Been here over an hour, all I need I someone to print 5 months worth of records, takes 5 mins. Teller says i have to wait on one of the bankers (ridiculous). Ever since PNC took over it has been a real circus. Noone at the bank seems to care about customers, they are bo longer "realtime banking" so if you deposit a paycheck on friday you wont receive it until the following monday. I cant recommend this bank anymore and I'm even at the point where I would tell people to steer clear of this bank.

While deadly winter-storm, only this branch cleaned snow for the customers. I didn’t have no issue to use the ATM.

When in need of any financial products, this is the right place to go. Excelente customer service from the tellers to the Branch manager Ruben. They are always willing to help you and go the extra mile to meet your financial needs.

Marlene, the branch manager, is awesome! I'm always greeted by name, with a smile, and sometimes even a hug when she's not behind the counter. She and her staff are ALWAYS helpful!

Excuse for a bank deserves NEGATIVE 4 STARS! Thier the lying Keystone Cops on acid! EVERYTHING THEY CAN SCREW UP THEY WILL - REPEATEDLY! Lying? Permeates everyone says "yes", etc. to any inquiry and then does WT* ever they want - NOT what they told you. And it's in numerous departments! Begins at your branch and goes corporate EVERYTHING they say will have NO basis in outcome! My fav was tech support - 1 of the security Q's was what was your last purchase. Sure, I keep track of every penny every day and have no life - but the tech support guy remembers his last was EXACTLY (supposedly!) $50 at Walmart. Yep, to the penny! "$49.75, and 25 cents tax". My A**. Bunk. Effect of that was nothing, but they'll lie and scre*up ALL the key things- REPEATEDLY AND CONSISTENTLY TOO. You don't have the time or the patience for this unending lies and errors - unless of course you feel like gouging your eyes out from their frustration and unending incompetence.

Closed on Saturday. Need YOUR money...good luck, the one ATM apparently takes weekends off as well. Don't bother trying to meet with a banker, ours; Adnan, got up in the middle of a meeting , stated he had an appt. and walked out leaving my wife and I staring at each other in disbelief. The Feds need to investigate this place. Worst bank ever! Chase Bank is across the street. My first stop Monday morning.

Trying to get a hold of this specific branch is impossible. Literally sat on hold in silence for 15 minutes before giving up. How difficult is it to answer a phone? Called 2 other branches and every single one of them answer except this 1. Ridiculous.

Since opening my account, I've been welcomed with open arms. As soon as I walk in, they recognize me, and greet me by name. All of the employees there,seem very happy in doing their jobs, and caring for the customers. No complaints here. Wayland Webb :)

Well.... i am waiting in line and there is this great guy at the counter who is greeting and helping everyone with a smile. He even knew customers first names who were behind me. Trevor was great. Thanks man
