PNC Bank Leechburg Rd, New Kensington

Per this branch. The outside drive through ATMs are consistently out of cash. Specifically the machine farthest from the teller window. Over a dozen times I have driven up, sat in line, on a random hour (not hot banking hours like Friday payday hours) and find out the machine is out of cash. Forcing me to drive around the bank again to the other machine or have to get out to use the machine by the door. In the grand scheme of things it's not a huge inconvenience but it is very annoying.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star if I had the option. Rude, slow, incompetent, unprofessional. The Lower Burrell branch was fantastic. Judging by the amount of similar reviews here, Corporate had better straighten this place out.. Will be closing all accounts. **Follow up** I'll give credit where credit is due. Only reason I go there is that is where we do our banking for work. Used to go to LB branch. They don't pick up the phone when you call a change order in, then they have a attitude when you go in without first calling. I was in the middle of a transaction with a teller and she actually stopped with my transaction to answer a email from corporate. The other teller waited on 4 people in the whole time I was there with this particular teller. Uunbievable.

Never helpful this branch. Wait long just for asking simple question. What the reason of hiring employees who know nothing

Went there to get something with my account information so I could set up direct deposit for a job. The woman goes well i can print you off a check. I said great. She was kind of rude. Then never told me that they charge you to print off a check.. and in doing so they overdrafted my account. Guess I will be driving the extra miles to a different branch from now on.

Went in to get a car loan. They helped us even though we didn't know we usually needed an appointment. Made an appointment to close the loan later in the week, and though the lady was out sick, the guy that ended up helping me was great! Even though we had to go to another bank location to finish the process, they did not act like it was an inconvenience at all. Nice and personable. The only complaint I have was that I was supposed to get a call back in the few days before my appointment and didn't receive one. Otherwise very happy with my experience at PNC.

Great when your opening and account or getting a loan. If you want to get anything over $800 out go to a different bank, they claim to "not have that much" and tell you to come back in a few weeks every single time. Atleast one of their arms is always out of order and the other is out of certain bills giving you a few hundred in 5s.

Every time I go here, there's always one ATM out of order. Always. On Friday 4/16/21 all 3 outdoor ATMs were out of cash. This PNC branch location is hands down, the worst PNC location I've ever encountered.

With the exception of the day she initially setup our accounts every experience I have ever had with Ruth has been overwhelmingly negative.
