Manny is an exceptional branch manager and went out of his way to help my small business after failed attempts through main customer service. He really cares about his customers and it shows!

Waited on hold for 20 minutes just to ask if they could print a new debit card. Told me yea, they can do it. Drove 10 miles, waited in line for another 30. Then they say no they can't do it. Thanks for having literally no respect for me

Staff (tellers and receptionist) here are always super friendly and helpful each time I have visited this location. I have been in and out swiftly every time. Never have had to interact with the branh manager so I cannot comment on that experience. Parking lot is safe but small and mostly easily packed during rush hours.

Horrible customer service. Was denied the ability to open a new account mid week because we didn’t make an appointment. So we made an appointment in person for this weekend. When we showed up they had no record of the appointment.

I had used a small credit union for years when I found out today you can't use the debit card abroad. And I'm leaving for Europe on Sunday! I have a busy work week and didn't think I would have time to get into a bank before they closed to open a new checking account, much less one that would give me a card immediately and not send it in the mail. But I called the nearest PNC, an hour away, and they were waiting for me when I got there (40 minutes before closing time) and I walked out thirty minutes later with my new debit card. They were so nice and helpful and I am so relieved! The process was so easy. Really happy and thankful to them

Used to be the best bank around. Now it’s sales calls and trying to get anyone they can to their office to sell something. Started with all my accounts here, removed mortgage, then business, next is personal. Just spent 15 minutes waiting in the lobby for help along with 4 other people. Between 3 tellers and 2 managers, they passed 1 person through line in 15 minutes….

I try to use right for my transfer and it was too long the wait time to even get the answer. Will not use that branch again. Worst experience.

The worst PNC bank agency. always something wrong with the ATM machine during business hours They are very very slow. They don’t care about customers.Close this place

Wow what a horrible bank. I would never open an account or do business here. I have a client who pays me using a check drawn on their bank and I usually deposit into my bank but today I wanted to cash it. So I went to this branch like I have in the past and paid a $10 fee to cash a check DRAWN ON THEIR BANK. Now they want to charge me 2% which on this particular check is $37.20. Wells Fargo charges $5 or $0 for this same service and I thought hey were bad. These big banks just nickel and dime you to death.
