4.5. Most of the time I’m happy with the service here. Occasionally wait time is a bit long. Overall they are friendly and helpful.

Ben set me up an account a couple years ago now. He was great then and still a wonderful to deal with. the staff is super friendly and a help full. My only down fall for these guys is the cold calling they do. I had to be extremely forceful to get the lady to stop calling me. that means a call to the manager and a stern please don't call me again and threating to pull my account . she didn't listen to me the first two times but once the account pull and manger was involved i have not herd from her since then. Being respectful is all that i ask and that was the only person there to give me a hard time. its still a 5 star because i believe the majority of the staff is very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

I am very disappointed with the quality of my entire banking experience at this branch. And not just one time—regularly! This bank has consistently given me a hard time about taking MY MONEY out of the bank as if it is theirs. They don’t allow you to withdraw money from the drive thru unless you have a check, you have to go in. When I go in, I’m questioned about why I want to take out such and such amount of money. Today I spent 20 minutes in front of a teller with my two kids while the teller and branch manager tried to “figure out” why I transferred money from my Spend Account to the Reserve Account, and then back to the Spend Account once I was ready to pull it out, which is exactly what Virtual Wallet is for. You have a Spend, Reserve, and Growth Account to set goals and separate your money. The branch manager advised that their system is “broke” and they are unable to see the transfers which is why they had to “figure it out”. Just ridiculous and inconvenient. I won’t be using this branch again unless I absolutely have to. I opened up an account at S&T Bank and it's been hassle free, pleasant, quick, and convenient.

Service here is really friendly. They are sometimes punctual and can get you through and other times they love to chat when they have customer waiting.. Building is just ugly to me. Overall, nice location and good staff.

Wait time is terrible, which I get because of covid19 and worker shortage… but why is the branch manager and “welcome clerk” not helping customers? Customers don’t need someone to just say hi as you walk into the door.. we need employees to take care of our business.

PNC has zero customer service. I have attempted to open another account online and have been unsuccessful. I have attempted to make an appointment online and it doesn't allow me to. I have been on hold over 30 minutes for Murrysvill branch and have yet to speak to anyone. Have been kicked off of hold 3 times.

After waiting in line for 10 mins I was denied cashing in a postal money order that was sent to me as a gift by someone out of the country. Thanks for wasting my lunch break. I'll make sure i tell all of my customers about my experience

Nobody answers the phone. I've called multiple times today with no answer.
