PNC Bank PA, Tannersville

PNC in Tannersville never had a problem with them always helpful with a smile. And the security of PNC IS WOW!!! Very good

The ladies at this place are TERRIBLE. I will never go back. They were not helpful. They were insulting when all I wanted was a withdraw slip. I felt like I was being judged. I had my ID and all my information. I felt like I was being interrogated by the police. At the end of the transaction they both gave me some snarky sarcastic smile, as if to say don't come back. I was calm, polite, and friendly even though I shouldn't have been. The PNC bank in Stroudsburg is where I normally go. That whole staff has always been helpful and friendly. This Tannersville staff is just plain awful. As for PNC Bank. I love PNC. The bank has always been good to me and I've been with PNC for over 15 years. It puzzles me how a great company like PNC would allow such nasty ladies to work there. They need a secret shopper or something.

Horrible !!! The employees sit inside and talk not helping customers in the drive through line ! I sat here for almost an hour, their atm stole my money and gave me back ripped bills ! Never again will I come here!!!

I was in shock at the EXCELLENT customer service my son and I received yesterday. I looked at my son when we walked out and said, "You just experienced some of the best customer service I have ever witnessed in my 47 years." We went in to open a Student Virtual account and our representative, Gina, was amazing. She was thorough and took the time to explain to my teenage son the intricacies of starting your financial report card. She was personable and professional. Everyone at this branch welcomed us with a smile. I would definitely recommend this bank.

Was on the phone with, and dealt with Tara, had to hang up. I couldn't get through the call, she was rude and interrupted clearly trying to rush me off the phone. I'm sure you very busy Tara at the Tannersville PNC.

Some of the kindest and helpful local branch people in the area. Treat them like human beings and they will return the favor in kind!

I try to use the ATM to cash a check and it just would not work. I tried 3 times and now I'm late for work. I'd rather just leave my money under my mattress from now on.
