PNC Bank E Black Horse Pike, Mays Landing

This is a Horrible bank branch! I’ve dealt with So many incidences of unprofessionalism and inconsistent bias policies in the last 3 years. If it wasn’t for the fact that I became severely I’ll the last 3 years I would have closed my accounts a long time ago. Well the wait is over.

The teller was very disrespectful. She was the older white lady with short white hair. Worst experience ever.

I love all of the staff in this branch! They are all nice if you treat them the way you would like to be treated. I love them

Only PNC have at trouble at. They are horrible. Rude cranky old ladies.

I used to love this PNC branch... not anymore. I have 2 accounts. For one account, I wanted to take off my daughter which was added by mistake, so I called the branch. After thorough verification, the branch manager - Carrie Diona - told me that she can close my account over the phone, but she cannot take out my daughter over the phone, even though we can be all three of us on the phone, with proper verification of myself AND my daughter... not possible, we both must go in person to the bank. It does not make sense... she can close the account over the phone, but cannot take off one of us over the phone??? In this pandemic? Not to mention that my daughter lives more than an hour drive away.

I love all the staffs in this branch very nice people especially Miss Shavonne shes amazing very helpful if i could just give her more than five stars 👍👍

Rude blonde lady inside wouldn’t help me with my account. Gave me a paper with a customer service number and told me to come back later. Um ok?

I love PNC they’re always nice fast and efficient!!
