I have been with PNC for 16 years! This branch is always so welcoming and employees go beyond to help. I love banking with PNC!

Worst Bank ever. Still trying to close an account after 3 weeks. Avoid it like the plague, or COVID lol.

One of the best around. They have always done the right thing. I've had an account for two years now and I'm very happy about how they do things. I wish they had more branches because parking downtown Greenville can be limited at times. However, most transactions can be done through the mobile app or at an ATM.

Have been in contact with Rose for the last 3 months about my personal loan and being in a situation.of hardship. First contact seemed nice and she said she would handle it with the loan department. Nothing ever came in mail about anything concerning postponing the loan as I needed. Payment came out. Called back again and asked what went on. Rose said that the loan department said it hadn’t matured to 9 months and nothing could be done at that time and to call back 1 month later. Called back 1 month later, she said she would process it again and to expect a letter to come in the mail to sign and send back and that she would contact me with update on Monday. No contact was ever made, still nothing from loan department in the mail and here I sit not even able to buy food while waiting on them to again take more money during my hardship that I cannot afford at this moment. All I needed was 2 months of this monthly payment to be set back so me and my family could get back on our feet.

I visited the branch on South Main St today. I spoke with Rosa and received prompt service. I have been a customer about 2 years. I have never had a problem with my simple interest loan.I received an incredible offer on a credit card 0% interest 18 months and then 13% afterwards. I was approved immediately. I plan on trying them to pay off my debt faster. Give them a try. I did.

Repeatedly tried/trying to get someone on the phone. I was on hold for 7 minutes then a spontaneous hang up. Another call for 12 minutes then spontaneous hang up. And on hold again now. I just want to talk to a HUMAN!!

The employees are wonderful! I'm proud to bank with PNC! I dont often need to go into a branch anymore thanks to online banking, but always nice to walk into smiling faces. My only complaint is theres only 2 parking spaces designated for this store and they are up the street next to some paid parking. Makes it a bit inconvenient. But it's on the Reedy River, no way to change this parking situation.

They could not find my direct deposit. They give you the run around. Employer has confirmation it was sent like every other week and it supposedly gets lost. Stay away. Go with someone else

Wish I could leave no stars. Worst banking experience ever. Banking online terrible. Call the local bank they hang up. Stay away!!!!

I have been a PNC customer for over 10 years. Great customer service and follow up from the staff. They remember me, welcome me back, and greet me with a friendly smile. Keith is great and genuinely cares about his clients. Great location right on Main Street and Falls Park!
