PNC Bank W Main St, Middletown

I deposited money here through the drive thru teller, the deposit shows it never went through so I had to come back with my receipt. Spoke to Carly a banker at PNC and it was the worse experience of my life. First off, when it comes to someones money you dont look at them as if they’re crazy for being upset. I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager which she would not let me. Eventually I had to go and get the manager myself which he resolved it for me hence the 3 stars instead of 1. For future reference when a client is upset the last thing you do as a banker is call them by their first name and talk to me like you are my mother. I know im young but that does not give anyone the right to disrespect me especially at a bank where MY money just disappeared. I’ve never had that happen to me and if it wasnt for the manager I would’ve switched banks. Carly was very unprofessional and did not make me feel at ease with MY money.

I love doing business at this bank. All of the people who work here have been so helpful. I had some accounts at M & T but they didn't follow through. PNC now has all of my accounts: credit cards, car loan, etc.

Was a little apprehensive about switching banks as we were with our former bank for about 20 years. Now that the switch is done, I have been extremely pleased with PNC. In fact, I kind of wish we'd have switched sooner. Thanks PNC!!!

This bank is pretty bad, especially the lady that sits in the office over to the left by the teller. Condescending and not fair nor caring. Do the right thing

We've always had good experiences here. Susan Davidson has been very helpful numerous times. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment if you're doing anything other than normal banking.

REALLY friendly staff here. Honestly some of the nicest people I’ve ever met - they took care of me quickly and efficiently. I had to deactivate my credit card because of fraud and they were really understanding and helpful!

The PNC Bank here in Middletown Delaware is a very awesome Bank the employees here are very outgoing and generous I must say it is an awesome locations very close to the Walmart very close to the gas stations close to the grocery stores right next to Lowe's and right down the street is Home Depot couldn't ask for a better location and great outgoing employees all the tell her employees here are very nice and generous and always give my dog a treat when I come through the drive-thru

I was so tired after work came in and Susan took very excellent care of me she was Super Super kind and helpful she took care of all my needs she was truly like an angle

I love going to this PNC branch. The employees are always super helpful and nice.
