The level of incompetence at this bank is mind blowing!!! The tellers here should be making fries at McDonald's!!! I will be closing my account today!!! Even tried going to manager and he was just as incompetent!!!

Just sat in line for 5 mins only ones in drive thru and another car pulls up and gets helped first smh rude poor service

Be aware of the companies that get hired by this bank. I had a business account with PNC bank and the business went under. With an outstanding loan they sicked the collections firm Weltman Weinberg and Reis on us. Not much to say about a collections firm, their job is to annoy you, but the problem is that when we paid the amount off, they were no where to be found. No return calls, no return emails and all we needed was a settlement letter.

Note: I gave them one star because zero was not an option. I have been I have been a customer of PNC since they took over National City over 10 years ago. I have had both personal and business accounts with them, and have refinanced with them. In the past week, PNC has done the following to me: 1. Reported negative information to the credit bureaus on a loan I had already paid off following a refinance they solicited; 2. Botched my Paycheck Protection Program by failing to provide my application to the SBA before funds were exhausted, and after creating a bug-riddled interface and application process that took me nearly five hours to complete; and 3. Without prior notice of any kind, closed my personal line of credit. If anyone can recommend a new bank, feel free to reply to this review.
