PNC Bank W Broadway, Mccordsville

Was looking for a bank close to home so I thought I'd try PNC. I called to set a time to come in and set up an account they said they prefered to do that by appointment. We get there as scheduled and 35 mins later we were still sitting there and the guy who was supposed to be taking care of us was already with somebody else but came out of his office to address another employee but never addressed us or even said I'll be with you in a few, sorry for the wait ..nothing! So we walked out an didn't get a phone call to reschedule or apologize and had my number to do so. PNC= Professionally Not Competent.

They don’t know policies well. After a 20 minutes wait we were helped by the branch manager and now I have a letter in the mail saying the changes needed were not completed due to a lack of documents. Mind you the branch manager has these documents in hand during the time there. Love PNC. This branch needs so work though.

‘We will not refund your money’ with blinking eyes with light smile. I can’t forget branch manager’s face when I asked refund of unfair account service charge. I even felt racial discrimination.

Came in with a question regarding my account, Wayne assisted me and was really nice and helped me with my account. fast, efficient, and friendly.

Absolutely horrible service I needed to cash a check cause I was going to a reptile show that day and they told me there was no way I could cash it and get the money that day without a fee so I said that's fine and after a long frustrating process they told me my money might be ready in 3 day absolutely horrible service I would never recommend PNC to anyone

Love PNC as for the McCordsville Branch not so much. Their staff needs retrained and taught proper procedures. One min the can give you information and the next when they are caught in a lie they do not want to speak to you. Please remember you have people with disabilities coming in your establishment and being lied to and treated poorly effects their health... Get it together McCordsville. When you tell someone their funds will be available the next day and then they are not you are not smart enough to work at a bank if I know more about the policies than you do.

Switched to PNC because they had great customer service. Now they take days to process checks and rack up your overdraft fees in the mean time. This is very recent but will NEVER use this branch again

Love PNC Bank great customer service and fast when it comes to any issues.

I've been with pnc for 10 years and I'm only 21. They are amazing and always take care of me.

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. We're so glad to be right down the road.
