PNC Bank W Expy, Weslaco

This new change made this bank worse to be with!!! With only 2 lines open through the drive through and service sucks!!! They need to open another one and hire more people!

I called this morning and the automated teller says that if I need to schedule an appointment with a banker to ask and I would have someone schedule a time. And I understand this as we're going thru a pandemic, so I called and their response is " if we don't know you personally we will not let you into the lobby". This was coming from the lady who answered for customer service. So if I already have a savings account and checking account don't you know me already? Or does my account have to be a very healthy one? All I wanted was to open another savings or money market account, its ridiculous to treat customers like this. I will be calling on other banks to see which one would like my business. This is just terrible customer service. And please change the automated message if you really don't want to talk to your customers of many years and not so deep pockets!

So unprofessional! I deposited a efs check. It’s basically a money order all they had to do was call the number on the check and follow a couple instructions and there’s the money. They’re too lazy to call and now I’m trying to call them and see where’s my check and I been on hold for over 30 mins after giving them my info to pull up my account. What a joke I’m really starting to regret joining them now.

Never enough people working in drive through or at front. I'm always waiting forever while people are sitting behind desks talking on the phone laughing with no customers at their desk.

Worst branch that BBVA has. Most of their branches are filled with rude people. In my experience, the one on Jackson and expressway has been an exception. But this branch takes the cake. RUDE people, and to top it of there's not enough lanes open, like ever.

Very slow branch. Waited about 30 minutes to get service. They need to close down this branch or get all new administration personnel. Also having people waiting outside for more than 20 minutes. Horrible customer service!

We need a lobby open on Saturdays some people work from 8 to 5 impossible to go during the week.

I don't understand why they just have 1 person attending in drive thru on Friday.

feb 20 2015 was there in my lunch hour just to deposit one check in drive thru for 45 minutes had to get out off line just to go inside a deposit check there was a huge line of cars with just one poor young lady dispatching in the drive thru and the bank manager just siting in his office acting like doing something instead of helping the young lady at drive thru please dont go to that bank
