PNC caught a fraudster trying to buy $100 worth of hoagies or something on my card, so I came to this branch to get a new one printed. All the staff were so nice and helpful! I was surprised to see a few negative reviews (they seem to be mostly a couple years old) and thought I should leave a positive one of my own, in case anyone is nervous about the experience they might have here. This is a lovely, professional branch. I was in and out in maybe fifteen minutes. Hope I don't need to come back soon, but I'm glad they're here for me if I do!

Went in a little after 8 to cash our checks, a guy came out and told us that they don't open until 9 as we were walking up to the door. What about people who need to cash something before work? Or after work for that matter, since they close at 4.

Closed my savings account without telling me, just because i had to meny withdraws, during the Holliday season. I am now looking for a better bank. Not hard at all!! Oh, I found one!

My wife and I came in from Bedford to deposit checks before our honeymoon, & we arrived a little after 4 PM (closing time in Somerset). Sandy and her team; however, stayed open for a little extra to help us joint our accounts and deposit our checks and cash. It was much appreciated, & helped us tremendously!

My debit card was compromised. Pnc denied payment and issued me a new card the same day. No cost or hassle.

Love PNC bank... but this is the worst branch I have ever been to. Management is unwilling to help even after I called her upper and he said it everything I was trying to do was okay.
