I was not happy about my last visit to this branch. The teller should realize that she would not have a job if not for the customer. With all the proper ID and a pnc customer for 4-5 yrs now I feel that being asked what am I doing in this area using this branch was out of line. So between her interrogation and her visit to the managers office it took 15 mins. to withdraw money out of my savings account. I appreciate the concern for my account but this was a small person who just happened to be riding a power trip that day.Otherwise never had an issue at this branch.

Teller was very rude , no thank you no nothing . Just told me my grandmother needs to write her own checks or they will be returned and then turned off the camera !

Christian is the sweetest teller I have every come across and I have been to many banks. His uplifting attitude is such a pleasure when you enter the bank! He knows exactly how to treat the customer and I appreciate his kindness!
