PNC Bank Village Ln, Macungie

No teller service or cash at this location. They told me to go to the pnc the next town over. Why would I drive to the next town when there is 3 other banks in that town. Think it's just best to switch banks. Then I don't have to drive out of my way to use teller service.

I have had to go to the lobby for help on 3 occasions recently. Each time I received assistance beyond what I even asked for. PNC has always been there when I need them. I recommend them to anyone I can.

Used to love this bank, close to our house very friendly staff but now I’ll be looking for a new bank since they decided to shut down the bank and has ZERO tellers. A whole bank building just to be only used for ATMs. Pathetic. Never using PNC again!!

This branch is a 20 minute drive for me. It no longer will allow me to deposit or handle any of the cash from my business. As it stands, the next closest branch that still handles cash is over an hour away. I do a lot of business with PNC. Oh well, they are losing a customer now.

Very friendly staff however I deposited a larger amount of money in the ATM and it ended up taking it and not putting it in my bank account. Took a while, but the issue was resolved.

When I say this I am not exaggerating at all. Every time I go to this branch I have a problem, whether it's wrong information, or something is broken or someone has an attitude. PNC has become the WORST bank I've ever done business with and at the moment I HAVE to because it's who my mortgage is handled by. I cannot wait to refinance so I can wash my hands of this terrible company. They've gotten so terrible in the past few years it's incredible. Plus they've now closed this branch to financial transactions and all they do is give financial advice. Bonkers, consumers beware! AVOID PNC AT ALL COST!!

This branch has been just absolutely fantastic, let me tell you. Right down the street, there's another bank that we went to first when we wanted to open a business account, but they took forever to get it processed and were bad at getting back to us. After a few months, we got fed up and closed the process there, then we went to PNC to see if our luck was better here. It was! Owen Habas helped us through the process, made sure we got all the information we needed, and did a thorough job in getting our business account established there. The bank manager, Andrew, has been superb in taking care of our needs and addressing our concerns as well! All things considered, I'd say that this particular branch did more than meet our needs, they made us feel like valued customers and that we were a priority for them. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

The staff at this location are usually very nice and friendly my husband and I have been using this bank for years. However yesterday was a different story. My husband stopped right after he got out of work to get a check printed to pay our mortgage. When he walked up the doors were locked but they still let him inside he told them he needed a check printed and the guy who helped him complained that we should have a check book and the checks are for convenience only he did print a check for my husband but through all the guys complaining my husband forgot the check was suppose to be for our reserve account not our spend account and that’s why we needed the check printed in the first place. Now I have to try to make it there to get the correct check printed before I go to work today and hopefully I don’t have to deal with the same problem.

The bank staff are outstanding! Awhile back Saru and Julio assisted me and went above and beyond their duty! Without going into details they acted quickly in preventing a worst situation at hand! I definitely recommend them for their bank services anytime!

Entered the drive thru line during bank hours. Was a foot away from the box. Pulled up after I completed the deposit slip only to watch the containers get removed and closed while I was right there. I was on camera and that was very ignorant!
