PNC Bank Lakeview Pkwy, Rowlett

Four lanes of Drive-up Teller and 1 lane of ATM. Good location, convenient, safe and easy access on the Westbound lanes of the 66 (Lakeview Parkway). I've only been in once and their service was good--friendly people. Another service they have available is a night safety deposit box.

I broke my neck to make it to the bank just to pull up and have to people holding the line back from being able to get in your individual banking line. So even though I was there before they closed I was pretty certain I was not going to get help because of the long line. But I was wrong I was there well after the time of closing and they still helped me. With this pandemic going on and all of the different stressors it can cause it was really nice to know that my bank had my back and knew exactly what I was going through and wasn't going to just hang me out to dry did they were going to help me I've been begging here for many years and I absolutely love this Bank and all of the people that work here

This bank is by far the worst banking experience I have ever had in my life. Not only are they extremely rude (this is the case in all branches, but this one especially) and not helpful at all, but very unprofessional. When it comes to customer service, this bank has NONE. When you call about something, it takes HOURS to get a hold of a person. They charge unreasonable fees and even twice, sometimes THREE times in the same day! Oh and if you have a problem with having money stolen from you, they tell you your banned for the duration of your account with them that they will never take a late fee off of your account again. Even when it's their fault. Please save yourself the pain and hassle that I have had to endure with this horrible excuse for a bank. Choose CHASE or Wells Fargo. They know how to treat people. I can only hope that BBVA Compass goes out of business very soon, worst bank in history. Period.

I made a deposit at the ATM & it has to be “pulled by Brinks” & it may or may not be posted at midnight! When was I told this?? NEVER ! The person giving this information was less than helpful....

I was a little nervous after reading the reviews. However, Barry and everyone else was extremely amazing!! It was a distance for me but I will definitely be back!!

LOVE THIS BRANCH! Thank you to Katie Williams and her coworkers! I went in to fix an issue with my account. I got the BEST service from this branch. They were absolutely what Customer Service everywhere should be about. ( It's nice to go where everybody knows your name and you're always glad you came.)

You know the feeling when someone calls you after not talking to you in months and they ask if they can use your truck to move? That's the feeling I get every time I had to deal with these guys. If there wasn't something in the deal for them to make money, they weren't really interested in talking. The whole company is built of sales people who have second jobs as bankers. You can expect to be offered what sounds like amazing deals and accounts only to find you are getting the short end of the stick. The only reason they get 2 stars is because of how clean they keep the interior of the bank. I've since moved my accounts to another company. I hope it is a better experience.

Husband's been an account holder here for a couple of years always good standing. He wrote his wife a check to cash and as it's pouring down rain with two infants they make U-Haul in to cash the check instead of doing it to the drive thru. The customer service SUCKS!!!!

I had a bad taste in my mouth about Banks until I started banking here. The staff is wonderful. They continue to go above and beyond to accommodate your banking needs.

Service of particular employee she needs to be more efficient if she can't analogue who came first in the drive thur well replace her for a better employee that fit that position
