PNC Bank E Germantown Pike, East Norriton

PNC is a great bank. I've been with them for more than 15 years. This location is a great spot. Access is right off Germantown Pike with plenty of parking. The drive thru is two lanes with a drive up ATM. There is also a walk in ATM in the entrance lobby that's open 24/7. Every time I go here the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The worst. If you go in for anything they have you sit and wait for 30 mins while they do nothing. If you call expect to be on hold forever.

PNC is not a bank, they are crooks in suits! I'm the last 3 days this branch took over $200 of my money in overdraft fees.! I spoke with the bank manager after the first $72 and he said if I got my account even then I would be fine. So I did. The next morning another $72 was takin from me. Then another 2 over draft fees this morning.Then corporate emailed me suggesting they could help so I called to speak with the women who emailed me and I got someone else who was very rude and did not help me one but. I'm 3 days this bank stole $216 of my hard earned money. Do not bank with them. They do not have any customer consideration at all!

ATM took $500 last night when trying to deposit it I called the 1888 number this morning to resolve they took great care of me.. ATM will be under investigation. Never had this issue at any other PNC ATM before I will never visit this branch ever again.

The assistant Manger,Courtney, is excellent! She really took the time to walk us through the loan process seamlessly and made things easy for us.

Although I love the bank and the staff is great, this waiting in the drive through due to COVID IS horrible. At American Heritage, you can go inside. They also have specific lanes for quick deposits or cashing a check. THIS IS HORRIBLE. Again, just one tweek would solve a lot of frustrated customers.

Waited a long time to see a banker. Three of them were doing absolutely nothing , displaying total disregard and no sense of urgency. Waisted my time

I specifically have a complaint about this branch. I went in with my sister in law today to try and deposit her money order into my account, and withdraw the cash from my account. I was with a male teller, and the female tell her next to him literally jumped in and was saying that I wouldn’t be able to cash the money order and if it didn’t clear, my account would go into the negative. She literally assumed that my account would go in the negative if the money order did not clear. If I was a white patron, this would not have happened. I will be back to the branch tomorrow and will let the teller and MOD know that I am making an official complaint to corporate. Since my husband and I make 6-figures despite my leisure appearance today, we will be taking our financial business elsewhere.

Waiting on the teller at pnc for 10 MINUTES to cash $160 into my account. The atm has been broken for 3 days. She was talking to someone else but I couldn't hear. I asked if there was an issue she said no

Tellers and bankers wouldnt shut the hell up while i was trying to count my deposit. Holding a conversation with the group of themselves from opposite ends of the store. Retarded. Shut up.
