PNC Bank W Central Ave, Coolidge

I recently opened a new checking account at this bank. The person who helped us seemed to be very knowledgeable and was personable while remaining professional. So far I am very happy with this bank.

I was having difficulties with receiving my mail so, they kindly had my card over-nighted so that I could pick it up at the bank. The personel were very friendly, courteous and professional. A great experience.

Cashed a check and was shorted $100. Went back and was told I needed to make a Police Report to get the footage Subpoenaed. Seriously? I need to do all of this when a teller shorted me of my OWN Money? Don't ever go here. They will probably jip you, too.

They were very friendly and helpful. Their customer service is outstanding.

Couldn’t help with my log in just pass through calls

This is a review of the Coolidge branch not BBVA all together. This is by far the nicest and most professional team of bank employees you will find. When ever you go to the Coolidge Compas bank you are treated with a courteous teller that goes out of their way to make sure you get your transaction completed correctly. Not sure how someone can claim they were shorted money when the tellers always count it out in front of you.

Worst customer service. Horrible technology. Checks deposited into an ATM can disappear for 24 hours. Mobile deposits can be held for 7 days. No way to transfer $ from a BBVA account to another only with the smart phone App. Plus your transaction history keeps changing. They are the Sears of Banks.

Great staff and very helpful staff. Nice to have the lobby open again.
