PNC Bank Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg

This branch use to be my favorite branch…not anymore. Came here because I was having a small issue with my debt card not letting me use it at gas pumps. The person at the front counter spoke HORRIBLE English and I had no idea what she was saying. She then handed me back my things and told me to wait for the office staff to come and help me. A group of 2 came in and sat down in front of me. One of the office ladies came out and completely skipped over me and assisted them. The woman out of the 2 had an appointment and the office lady couldn’t help them because she had a, “Meeting to attend to”. Doesn’t the customer come first?? She then came over and asked what I needed help with finally. Once I told her, she then replied the same thing and said someone MIGHT help me in 15-20 minutes. I worked a 10hr day at work, I’m not spending it sitting in a bank. They’re are understaffed, need people up front who can speak proper English and better customer service skills. Never coming back to this one again…

Bad service. Never comes back again, i call make appointments in morning before i go to work, i tell the guy come 9.00am morning if not i make other day , he say available i take that, he ask me name and phone i give to him , next day my wife come they check and say we don’t have appointment, my wife’s we have they service not nice ,the black man works there tell 9.45am is the first customer but not me , i call back aks why i have appointment but we don’t have , the ladies in phone say same like that , and after that she say the guy i call yesterday he family have emergency he can’t go at 9.00 , so stupid crazy., bad bad bad bad service

I was fine with PNC. But this location seems to be having quite a few atm technical problems. Service is slow. I guess I just need to keep going the Newport location. That team is amazing! Always super fast and courteous and always think about the customer first. This location could use some improvement.

Friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful staff with quick and always accurate service. Only branch I ever visit.

All of the staff @ PNC Bank, Meeka, Jamal, Bryson soo professional, friendly, I couldn’t ask for better people or a bank, they truly care, treat you like family, help me all of my needs, concerns!! Thanks again everyone, happy holidays, hugs too you all!!
