PNC Bank Wabank Rd, Millersville

The staff at the Millersville branch are all patient and friendly. They greet me with a smile. I have nothing but the highest praise for this branch.

The manager I just spoke with on the phone was extremely unprofessional. Very unpleasant and monotoned. I asked her to explain something to me and she mocked me! My 5 year old is taught to treat others with respect. I highly suggest sending Bonnie to a customer service class. I will go to another location. If you guys are forced to close, I blame her poor attitude. Thank you.

I usually go to our main branch and never have a problem, but today I go to one of the off branches so I can be with my kids. The teller who had a gpeppered beard and dark brows left the counter As soon as I was ready to make my transaction, and when I got to the counter to deposit my work check (which is a Pnc affiliated company) I asked to deposit as cash and split my own cash to my self. He first told me, while filling out the deposit slip not even looking at the check, that he could only give me 200 back on what I was asking because it wasn’t a Pnc check, which I had to correct him on. So the transaction went through to my knowledge and my desired cash wa given and what I thought was deposited as cash was not and is pending. When I checked before using my card I saw the error went to a different more knowledgeable teller, and went back to correct it but it was past time for them to do anything about it. And when it was brought to the first tellers attention, he tried to tell me he didn’t hear me say deposit as cash, and then tried to tell me the slip I filled out I filled out wrong when he was the one who was filling it out for me in the first place. All I have to do now is wait even though the second time I was told I should get the cash in my account between 10 and midnight which may not happen because tomorrow is a holiday. I will never suggest or go to that branch again.

I feel for the people who had poor experiences and left 1-star reviews, but as a long-time customer of PNC, I do not feel like those experiences are truly representative of this branch, nor PNC in general. I have been a customer of PNC for almost ten years, and I have been happy with PNC and this branch ever since. Everyone at this branch has always been very welcoming and courteous, and I have always gotten a warm greeting when coming inside. Several people I know and am close to also use PNC (and this branch in particular) and to my knowledge none of them have ever had any issues. Finally, I have taken advantage of some of the additional services that PNC offers as well (financial counseling, etc.) and have always been pleased with the help I have been given. I sometimes have some odd requests or questions, and they have always been accommodating. If you are already a PNC customer, or someone living in the area considering PNC, I definitely recommend this branch.

Very friendly and helpful customer service. I LOVE that I can deposit at the ATM and receive an email receipt with a picture of the check for my records. I can always search for proof of payment in my email, if needed, later on. I also use mobile deposit a lot - very helpful, and saves a run to the bank.

I go to college down the street, and I had a closed bank account with pnc that my school sent my refund check to. It was disbursed on the 2nd day of the month, and pnc told me they rejected the funds, so it should go back to the school. Everyday since then I've been calling my school and pnc to see where my money is, and come to find out pnc kept my money, took a portion out of it, and sent me a check in the mail with what was left over 17 days after they told me they never accepted it. Now I'm late on my rent, I won't receive my full amount, and pnc lied to me. I will NEVER come back to pnc again.
