PNC Bank Whiteford Rd, Whiteford

I like this branch alot. Accessible for my Mom, park car less than 10 feet from ATM.. For last few years they've been helping me since divorce. Got me the best refinance on house. And because of my work hours they have often set aside times for me I otherwise couldn't do. People always friendly knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help.

Making a deposit and ask if my daughter can use the bathroom, teller responds "We dont have a public bathroom." Call me crazy for thinking the amount of fees they've pinched off of me over the years entitle me or my kid to pee in the elite's only bathroom. What a terrible business practice, might just follow the trend of everyone switching to M&T...

PNC bank has the best employees I've ever seen in a bank

Wanted to take out money...my money ...not a loan...not a crazy amount either...whiteford branch manager...said we would have to orde r that ...would come in some time next week...no day or time...just sometime next week...my money....I cant get till sometime next week...crazy

I live less than 10 minutes from this branch. It's 2 minutes from my physical therapy office. Sounds convenient doesn't it? You'd think. Unfortunately, there are times I am either just physically unable or the weather makes it dangerous for me to walk to the ATM, which is a necessity due to the absolutely ridiculous design of this branch. This forces me to drive to the Quarryville/Buck branch so I can use the drive up ATM. Had I realized that this branch was so poorly designed to accommodate handicapped customers, I'd have continued banking with M&T, even though their on-line banking isn't nearly as efficient as PNC's and I still had to get out of the car for the ATM. With them though, I could park directly in front of the ATM, as opposed to parking & walking past a small grassy area, a passing lane & 2 drive thru lanes. This may not seem like much - until it's raining, icy, and/or your joints are swollen like a balloons that day. *Suggestion- the outside lane is almost always empty. Change it to a flexible ATM/Drive up lane. So many other banks do it. Can't be rocket science.

Absolutely worst customer service ever! The manager is very rude and comes off as absolute bully! If you like gossip thats the place to go. Where tellers talk about the manager in her absence and about one another publicly! lol. What a joke. Forest Hill Branch is fantastic! Manager there is wonderful!

MADE A DEPOSIT AT ATM OF A 100 BILL TO CHECKING ACCOUNT. ATM ACCEPTED DEPOSIT , MADE THE MISTAKE OF USING A WELLS FARGO BANK CARD.at Pnc . WENT TO BANK NEXT MORNING AND INQUIRED ABOUT DEPOSIT , TELLER TOLD ME THEIR DEPOSIT COUNT WAS OVER BY 100 DOLLARS. I ASK FOR MY MONEY AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR INVESTIGATION OF MY SITUATION. TILL THIS DAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK.ITS BEEN I YEAR AND BASICALLY GOT FLIM FLAMMED . TRUE STORY / CUSTOMER FOR 15 YEARS .

Everyone at this branch is always friendly and helpful. Such a wonderful experience.
