PNC Bank Village Dr, King Of Prussia

Definitely the worst experience I have had in any branch of any bank, and I work in accounting, so I have a been to A LOT of bank branches. I had a check which I needed to deposit for a client, and the bank made it impossible for me to give them this money. ("You can use the ATM to make a deposit, let me show you how to use it!") No tellers, what a novel idea! Who at PNC thought this was a good idea? Fortunately, there is still a PNC branch five minutes away, the drive through teller was pleasant and the transaction took all of two minutes.

PNC is now my favourite banking institution thanks to the help its finest employees. Beth has been very helpful and courteous helping me apply for my first personal loan. She answered all my questions clearly and helped me make the right decision. Later, when I needed help to increase the amount of the loan, Courtney was very pleasant and professional helping me figure out the best way to do it with the assistance of Beth. The manger Mo is a very nice gentleman who’s willing to help you with anything. Thank you PNC ❤️

Great customer service Leroy was absolutely amazing and got all my concerns answered nicely and done professionally. Will definitely be back.

Work across the street and have been in here multiple times and dealt with multiple rude associates who act like they're doing you a big favor. Also, you have to go into the branch to do anything as there's no drive through. Avoid this location.

This location can’t handle large transactions. Go up the road to Dekalb Pike if that’s what you’re needing.

If you are changing the banking experience to a cashless bank, you might want to think about publicizing it on the sign so customers don't walk in thinking you actually provide standard bank services. Maybe call it: PNC Cashless

Went to this pnc to get a check printed you know something simple, they only had two employees working both of which taking as long as possible working with their other two customers (to the tune of me and two other people waiting in the lobby for over 20minutes to get service) while they take a leisurely pace helping the same two people that were here when I first arrived. The customer service at this PNC is worse then the branch I goto in Kensington.

I spoke with Scott today about fraudulent transactions to my account, he was able to put me at ease. Thank you very much! He was prompt and pleasant 👏👍

Came here to cash a check. Waited almost 15 min just to be greeted or acknowledged.
