PNC Bank W Esperanza Blvd, Green Valley

Wow. I dont know what Possesses my 91 year old mother to bank here. Every now and then she gives me a check and I come in here and cash it because that's what old people do is write checks this is the first time ever they decided to clip me 2% because I don't bank here. I asked why are you the first person to ever charge me this if it's been in effect since October and her response was everybody else has been doing it wrong. No wonder this place is a morgue every time I come in hereI guess everybody else kind of feels the same way hence the review

I have no words for the experiences. For over 3 months we've tried to gain access to my Uncle's Trust account which should have been an easy transfer to the Trustee at death. 2 lost USPS deliveries which we had to prove were delivered and then they were magically found. Then promises they had what they needed only to hear that no they sent the wrong documents to legal that we had sent them and that they never received the documents they sent to legal. We need these funds to pay funeral expenses and this isn't right.

Every time I go here the ATM is never working. I am not being dramatic at all literally every time I have been here the ATM never works. I have never had any trouble banking here but the ATM can suck it. Its old and outdated they need to upgrade every compass in Tucson has the touch screen type and always work step up the game Green Valley compass .

Very friendly and helpful staff. They replaced the old ATM and it is a welcome change. The only negative is the charge for overdraft. It is excessive.

They are a bunch of crooks if you like paying the banks to use your money this is the place for you

They used to be BBVA, so there have been some bumps in the road with the new system. The times on their web site are not correct.

This is not at any particular branch, but at the PNC BANK in general. Since the transfer, I can not pay my bill to save my life!!!! on the 3rd attempt, they refused to take my payment because the previous 2 attempts had been reversed, claiming that the account could not be found!!! The same account I used to pay BBVA for the last 3+ years!!! As of today, I still have not received the new card, not that I want it, since I am NEVER using this bank again. Oh, and by now, the account accrued interest, and they refuse to reverse them. On the 3+ with BBVA, not once did I pay interest. This bank is NO BUENO!!!!

Terrible service , awful. 10/10 would not recommend. Terrible tellers that just refer you to the banks in Tucson.

Nobody ever answers the phone at the green valley,az branch. All mexican workers, which really says a lot. Talk about a racist bank. Sick of these losers.
