This bank is absolutely awful. It's dated and their printers are always broken. Most of the people who work there are nice but I don't care how nice you are if you don't know how to do your job. We just deposited a lot of money into that bank and asked how we can do a PDF bank statement. One of the main women that sits in a cube said "we don't do that." Also everytime I deposit money they always give me a hard time about my signature. We will be taking our money elsewhere in the future and I suggest everyone do the same.

Terrible customer service. The manager is never in the branch and extremely unhelpful. Sad to see a business treat customers they way they do it over there
