PNC Bank N Miami Ave, Cleves

Went there for a counter check was double charged for 1 check noticed immediately was told since it was pending they would call me the next day when it was taken care of. Next day no call it was the weekend so I gave them until Monday called supposedly the branch manager approved my refund 2 days later still no refund and now have to make a 3rd trip in to get this fix. Customer service is lacking shouldn't be this hard to fix something their teller messed up on.

It would have been 5 stars but one call to the 800 number made me put 4.one lady at the 800 number was very rude.but to be fair another one there was very nice and solved my problem.as for the branch at cleves the girl that waited on me went out of her way to show me how to work the atm making deposit and other features. She was the best customer service person I think iv ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great service for my personal banking. Deb is the Banker and she is wonderful. Every teller is a joy to work with.

The staff is very family oriented and you are always greeted by name!

This is by far the most professional PNC branch that I’ve ever walked into. Everyone was super friendly and they made it a point to greet every customer that walked through the door with a smile on their face. I am very impressed with the customer service skills these ladies provided for their customers. If I could give 100 stars I would!!! Whoever trained these ladies should be proud because I’m so serious when I say “I have not ever walked into any kind of public establishment and experienced that kind of service🙂

Excellent service. I was in a rush to open a business account and they helped get me through the process quickly while still providing me with all my options and in depth knowledge on all their resources. Sometimes, brick and mortar business needs to do things like, close down briefly. I'm thankful PNC is still brick and mortar. Bank of America is disappearing and does not exist in greater Cincinnati

After two and a half Decades of service that my mother has there she started getting a bunch of Google orders on her card and I mean a lot like a thousand or two worth they did not red flag it when they seen it and it should have been seen that something was not right with all them charges come in and in a row like they came in and they did not red flag at and we had to go through hell to get our money back

Friendly staff but the line is always long and online banking isn't working
