PNC Bank Ralston Rd, Arvada

The only reason I gave this bank 2 stars is because they do have some awesome people working there however, the manager is the least helpful person and the rudest I have ever encountered. So much so that somebody who overheard him talking to me felt so bad for me they stepped in to apologize that's how bad this guy is. It's unfortunate for the few good people that do work there that I say this but Bank anywhere else but here!!!!!

I don't like being at banks let alone the paperwork, suits or signing of papers. Recently while opening my business account Iris made this slightly long process more enjoyable! She chatted with me and gave me some great information about the account I was opening while making sure to help me get the new account linked up with my existing accounts at Compass. She is an asset to the branch. Giver her a raise!

The staff is very friendly and I like them a lot. BBVA failed to get me a new debit card before it expired, then after going into this branch to request one, they still did not send a one until I called them again days later. Also they will not return calls. You HAVE to call them.

They are always do willing to make change for my business not being a customer and they honestly know me by name when I walk in. I am beyond amazed with the service they provide and are quick and to the poin . Thank you guys!!!! Keep up the amazing work

This bank ain't bad at all, the staff treat me amazing, love walking in to make a deposit

This is the worst bank to ever have in the world these people don't give us s*** about their customers

They should just close this bank location permanently, since always seems to be temporarily closed. The employees here could care less about the customers. Front door locked, and they will not answer the phone when you call the number they have posted to be let in.

Some of the rudest seemingly unhappy with their jobs people I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. I know that a bank is'nt the same as say the atmosphere of of an amusement park for a working environment. Would it kill them to at least smile when you came through the door and give at least a half hearted greeting?

worst experience ever when we open the account they look ok but when the days pass and months all change they close one of my accounts with out notice i never get anything they say they send a letter , but i found they send to wrong address they send the letter out the country, and with out know they keep the money i never get the money back of that account close, but the only excuse they have is they say the reason is because, the main office they never get the copies of my ids after this branch take copies, after that they request a copies again they they copies and after that 2 days later the card of my business account was cancel, because they dont have my information, again and on the phone the customer service told me they close the card for accident, but i dont accept that excuse, for all current customers or future customer be aware, and be safe they lose copies of ids very important and sensitive information, now im in the middle thinking what if the members of this branch try to do a fraud with my information, the manager say i have the copies i take the copies before and he take it again and i go several times to do my transaction and never one of them told me about anything be careful to give this branch or other branch from this bank, because they lose information or they selling the information, i moving my business to trust full bank not to a scam bank like this one
