PNC Bank Jefferson Ave, Washington

Just very bad, older teller nosey, ask what was being deposited, when I was taking money out. And also said a few other things I didnt like. They money I took out just stuck it into a envelope and sealed it up and gave it to me. Unprofessional

This PNC branch has to be the least organized I’ve encountered... I highly recommend that you AVOID Pandora Thompson; she was both extremely rude and unhelpful. I fail to understand how she can expect to help customers when she speaks over them/fails to listen. Horrible customer service to say the least.

The branch manager Tracy is very unprofessional. She is completely unfit to be a manager of ANY kind. She is very discriminative, condenseding, and unprofessional. I think she needs to be fired for how she treats people trying to become part of the so called PNC family and customers. Who ever hired her made a huge mistake!

This bank and it's tellers try to tell you what to do.. instead of listening to what you want them to do..

I'm a disabled veteran and I have an injury the makes me not want to leave my home so I have friends go to the bank and stores for me .N I mistakenly wrote the wrong pin number down for my friend and not knowing any better he tried three times and the machine ate my card . So I went in to ask if they could get my card out of the machine and a very unconcerned unprofessional lady refused to help me because it was not a pic card. I get my disability check on that card so now I can't pay my rent or bills witch is gonna cost me over a hundred dollars I don't have to give just because some is too lazy and probably not educated enough to have the job she does . One of the worst businesses in town . And the most expensive one. 7.00$$ just to use their over priced services
