I have had business account for years and all I need was new debit because my chip was loose. Said there was 1 hour wait. This is why I have a key bank business account as well and final straw with PNC as I will start moving over and closing account after having for 14 years

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Was considering opening an account with them but that changed the day their ATM ate my debit card and the manager there REFUSED to give my card back because it wasn't one of theirs (Claiming it was to prevent fraud) I even offered 4 forms of ID but he still refuse apparently their policies are at the discretion of each individual branch because when I called corporate they told me it was his choice if he wanted to give me my card back.

Mr. B is very cordial and helpful. It was very nice to work with someone who is knowledgeable and also approaches their job with care and regard for customers. I've been with PNC for a long time, and it has always been a great bank.

One of the managers helped me save $25 on an account because he could (I think his name was Adam). Easy to work with and it was empty when I went (Friday at 6) so I’d recommend.

PINACLE Treasury Services. If PNC tries to sell you this service ... do not do it. That is unless you want to suffer through failed logins every month, unresponsive customer service and poor security. It is absolutely the worse banking service I have ever experienced in forty years.

I've been using PNC for almost 10 years, two of which have been at the Mt Nebo location. I ran into problems immediately when I opened up my business bank account. Since opening the account I have had constant issues with representatives 1) not calling me back, causing me to have to call and complain multiple times, 2) not providing accurate paperwork that I needed in order to run my business smoothly, and 3) forcing me to make appointments to have basic questions answered and then making me wait long periods of time to be seen. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but have been met with continued disappointment over the past two years. I've decided to take my business elsewhere after they began charging me monthly fees and not calling me back when I inquired about the nature of the $15 service fee.

This is a totally screwed up bank. I was looking for a PNC ATM. This branch is within two miles of me, but I didn't know if they had an ATM. (The branch is on a lonely access road to a hilltop shopping center. Dark and lonely place. I had never been there before. Maybe they didn't have an ATM.) I Googled 'PNC ATM near me', and got tons of hits, some many miles away, but none mentioned this branch. So I Googled this branch's address and got a phone number. The robot answered and told me to press 3 to talk with a human. Then it said there would be silence on the line until a human answered. The wait was at least several minutes long, and I waited in complete silence. Finally somebody answered. They told me they have three ATMs, all accessible 24/7. FINALLY I had my answer. Sheesh!

I've used PNC Bank for years and this branch in particular since it was built. The biggest benefit is the extended hours; they're open until 6! I've always gotten prompt service by friendly staff and no matter how crowded the parking lot is, they always seem to keep things moving.

Sometimes it is confusing where they are because they are below the Target, Verizon, etc. and people when needing to get to the bank drive past it. The location makes it hard to see but the people working at the bank are very nice, easy to get my money in and out. The location is just in a spot where it is hard to find and people drive past it. Other than that I like it.
