So much for customer information protection. The branch manager leaves computer screen open and unblocked with potentially client information visible to anyone waiting in the teller line. Shame

I approached this bank towards opening a personal checking account. At first, I was truly interested in free checking, since most of my transactions are online. Through the website, they made it simple for me to understand. I approached this branch office inside of Haagens, and the FRUSTRATION was astronomical. This staff and the manager had made it so difficult in regards to what their understanding was towards opening a free checking account. I was giving them the benefit before the doubt that I would get straight answers. Their is a reason why I need to my maintenance fee with Chase, B of A. etc... Quality service.

Opened an account and they set everything up wrong. Never got alerts to my account or mailed statements until they called me saying I owe 238

I love this location, the staff is so helpful, it's never too busy and when you need to make a cash deposit it is soooo easy and convenient!!!
