PNC Bank Highlander Point Dr, Floyds Knobs

This branch is snobby as all get out. I wouldn't recommend this branch. If you don't look a certain way or dress a certain way they act like you got the diease.

They are the worst bank branch in southern Indiana. Very snooty workers, and always act like they are not at fault for banking hours.. If you are low to a middle class; I would suggest you find another bank.

Great group in this bank. I've been going here with deposits everyday for years. They are always ready to serve the customer.

Poor customer service by PNC in general. I have been to this location a few times and each time it’s something different they can’t do. I would not recommend PNC for someone looking for a new bank.

Branch in Floyd’s Knob refused to cash a state issued government check. I made the point that I had much more currently in my accounts then what the check amount was for but the response was that they were not “comfortable” cashing it. Went to the branch on State street and they don’t have the money to cash it there so when I asked who does they said they called the branch on Charlestown Road and they had the funds and would cash the check. Drove across town to that branch and now get the run around again, refusing to cash a state issued check when I have the funds available. Aggravated beyond words at this point so I told them to close out all THREE accounts that I have had with PNC Bank for over 3 years. They had the nerve to ask why lol. They wanted to give me a cashiers check! Why would I take a check from a bank that will not take one from me, not to mention some branches don’t even have enough cash on hand to cash a check? Obviously PNC Bank does not care to retain their customers. I eventually got my money and am now looking for a decent local bank. Any suggestions?

Extremely disappointed. I have never seen bank employees so eager to exit the building after they close. Not quite sure how every employee can leave the building at 12:07pm on Saturday when they only close at noon. One would think that after closing time, there are still wrap up responsibilities and close out duties, and clean up...but NO. Everybody couldn't get out of there fast enough.

I have always had great service here. Been usi g this bank for a long time. 2 drive through machines also if toure in a hurry.

Everyone here is so nice! They really go above and beyond for our businesses. Would highly recommend this branch
