They lie to your face and make assumptions that are incorrect. Don't go in there with a real problem. They will say they are working on it and never get it done. There was one banker who went around to her boss and every other saying I wasn't locked out of my bank account because she didn't know how to solve it.

I travel a lot for work and use the app on my phone for Transactions. Recently I noticed some errors with one of my accounts. I was really upset and confused. I took some time out my hectic and very busy day and stopped in The Fairhope branch. From the moment I walked in to when my relationship banker helped me, I felt welcomed and appreciated. Colleen was very helpful in explaining what happened with my account and she fixed it. In this world where every thing is an App and online, it’s nice to have a face to face conversation with someone who loves their job because they Help People. Great Job Colleen. If you’re looking for a better bank try them out in person.

Do Not Ever get a loan from PNC! I have called 3 times in the past month to have a mistake fixed and they have still done nothing. Calling a 4th time today. Ridiculous. Never get a loan from PNC, Worst bank ever!
