PNC Bank E Baltimore St, Taneytown

Went there about a couple weeks ago to deposit some money from my birthday and was really surprised how well I was treated especially after some crazy lady left screaming about her notarization being declined. Took like 2 seconds to Google their company policy that they don't notarize non PNC documents so don't know why she didn't do that beforehand and instead acted like a Karen afterwards.

If I could give them -100 I would. The worst customer service I’ve ever had at a bank. I wanted to move money from one account to another and the woman named Stephanie had such a bad attitude about it. I decided to just take it all out and will go to a different bank altogether! Don’t bank here. They feel they are above everyone else with their basic customer service jobs.

I usually love going to this location but the woman working the drivetru today needs a reminder that she is in a customer service industry. I went through the drive thru to make my deposit like I do most days but today she very rudely told me that I would need to come in because of the deposit amount. I understand rules and have no problem with following them but there was no reason for her to be so rude as well as I am unsure why this has never been a problem any other time. There are also no signs posted stating that this is the policy so I am unsure how I was supposed to know. I have personal accounts there as well and have never been treated so rudely by anyone at PNC.

I was charged a fee without being notified at the branch in person. I just noticed it while I was going through my account online. Poor customer service.

Love this bank. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Their mobile app is great and convenient.

I went there to get some very important documents notarized the lady have the nurve to come out and told they only paper they will notarize is PNC documents seriously I’m so disappointed by this I will definitely be looking for other bank that offer notary I don’t really have to go other places to pay almost 30$ to notarize documents for that reason only it would have given 0 star no wonder why the rating is 2.9 and customers are not happy with this branch location plus the lady came out all mad like she got up the wrong side of the bed not professional at all if you can stay away from this branch they will definitely mess your day up

Fees and rates are hard to find and made to be confusing. I live closeby but won't switch from Point Breeze Credit Union in Westminster because PNC is a rip off bank! We need a credit union in Taneytown! Point Breeze offers 2% back on savings and checking with a free checking plus account! I hope these corporate banks go bankrupt they are terrible.

I will never be back to this branch. The old bag working the drive is beyond rude especially if you need something that is more inconveniencing to her.

Big town bank with a small town feel! Employees who care and get to know you but locations are everywhere for convenience. Easy access right on Rt 140

Zero stars Do not trust any PNC banks there a bunch of thieves they steal money out of peoples accounts and mutual funds they hide their tracks when you try to contact the authorities they make it look like the money never existed in your account to begin with
