PNC Bank Linglestown Rd, Harrisburg

I stopped by here to get some cash from the ATM. This ATM was functional and clean. There was no line but the lane was a but small for a large pickup truck like mine to fit through without rubbing the sides of my tires on the curbside.

Yesterday on Wednesday March 11th 2020, I had the pleasure of speaking with PNC Bank, Branch Sales Service Representative Rosangela Elias. She was very professional and helpful. She answered all of the questions that I had. I will recommend her to anyone. Keep it up Rosangela :) ! SN: I love PNC Bank and I been a member for years now! One thing that I can say is that PNC Bank has always been reliable and every representative that I have contacted over the years always looked out for my best interest. I can always rely on PNC Bank.

I visited this location to change the address on my account and ask some questions about moving money into a different bank on the west coast. There was no wait (around 10AM on a Saturday) and they were efficient in updating my account and answering my questions.

PNC is terrible! Do yourself a favor and don't bank here!

Had to do some actual banking and called ahead to find out I needed an appointment. Easily scheduled one online using their website, which the person on the phone let me know when I called the day before. Walked in find the person I was scheduled to meet and knocked on their door and sat down. Very friendly, very helpful and made my entire visit very pleasant. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area and need to access your banking services. The drive thru atm is always easy to use as well but then again why wouldn't it be.

I closed my account because I no longer used it, PNC charged me a $25 early closing fee because it was 2 months to early. The rep, I actually think it was the manager who closed my account, did not have the courtesy to tell me I would be charged a $25 fee. I should have checked my account balance but like I said I was not using it. I spoke with a customer service rep, they will not refund me, apparently the $25 fee is in the fine print. I called the Linglestown branch to speak with the manager, he was not willing to help me, I think he is the one who closed my account in the first place. I never received a penny from this bank, if they need my $25 that bad...keep it. My mother in law closed her account at that branch too, she was going to apply for a loan and decided not to but still received the approved loan amount in the mail. How did she get approved when she didn't go through with the process? Shady business.

Cheryl is the most unhelpful teller I've ever had to deal with . Extremely unprofessional. My personal and business accounts are all through Pnc and I've never had an issue until today .
