My daughter had forgotten her pin number. Went in the office and Leigh Ann was amazing. She was very friendly and helped fix everything. Always found this PNC to have amazing customer service.

Normally I have a good experience at this location everyone is normally very nice. But the past few times that I went there to discuss important issues involving my bank account I have had Karen. She is rude and not understanding and not willing to help. I wanted to close my old account and open a new one and she tried to talk me out of it even though I told her several times during this visit that is what I wanted to do so she insisted that I shouldn't. I thought they were there to service their customers? Every time I have to deal with her I leave VERY unsatisfied. Since I live in Tates Creek I don't want to have to go to another location just because of one person. Aside from other problems I have encountered with PNC I am seriously considering switching banks all together.

The atms here are ridiculous, God forbid you work night shift and dont have time to wait around for the bank to open to make a cash deposit at the atm. Convenience my butt...
