PNC Bank E 116th St, Fishers

The website claims to offer notary services so I called to confirm and the teller confirmed they do. I drove to the branch and was told they don't provide notary services for anything related to mortgages. Pretty ironic. It was a one page declaration that I'm a first time homeowner. No one mentioned this when I called to ask and it's nowhere on their website.

I was turned away with 2 pieces of ID and my check by Rita. According to her and I quote “A manager needs to be in the branch to authorize a $2,500 check that was printed by a company that banks with PNC and located 10 mins away during business hours. She took my check in the drive thru with all of the necessary identification, told me that I need to come in to cash it but met me at the door with this random policy. Discrimination and profiling!!

I called and told specifically what I needed. Made an appointment at 2:15 pm. I came to 2:15 pm appointment and being told that the only person who can provide the service is meeting with a customer... I am wasting my time for about 35min.

Hours have changed they close at 5pm on Fridays. Friendly staff. They always remember your name.

I used to like this bank a lot but had to reduce my opinion of PNC bank in general for two reasons: 1) When I ordered checks, they sent me checks with the wrong account number on them and caused me to overdraft. 2) When I re-ordered checks to replace the ones with the wrong number, they sent them to an address I had not used in about 5 years. This may be the check supplier's fault rather than PNC's but PNC likely deserves some of the blame as well. I like their savings interest rate (several other banks I looked at have awful interest rates for savings) and the virtual wallet. Virtual wallet with its 3 accounts is a nice way to divide your money and it's very helpful about showing your deposits and withdrawals. Also shows how much money you have available after deposits/withdrawals because of money scheduled out/in coupled with your total money pool.

I deposited my payroll check using the ATM machine. The bank has lost the check and now I cant use my ATM debit card or have access to the money due to the fact that everything has bounced been charged late fees and they say it can take up to 10 days to reconcile my account. This is incredible. My mistake is that I don't have my transaction record. This is ridiculous and there customer service stinks. Time to change banks and have a bank that considers you a person not a number.

Employees are always pleasant and even have taken the time to know my name. Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from, but I can't imagine anything less than a four star.

Employees are always friendly and very helpful! I always feel comfortable when I go to this branch, and have always had good experiences with PNC. Love these guys.

Bad experience with PNC. Found a much better bank.
