PNC Bank Conamar Dr, Hagerstown

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Gabriella on my trip to the bank today, and she helped me by walking through a check debacle I was having. She was upbeat, patience, and attentive with me during the entire process and helped me make sense what was happening my banking account. No line at the drive-thru ATM. Quivk & easy.

Don’t go to this bank. Their atms are giving out ripped 10$ dollar bills and refusing to replace them. Have the receipt and card number and they won’t do nothing. You guys are a joke and scamming people during a pandemic this is twice now.

This branch is a joke, I go there to do my deposits and every time I have to wait a long line , it’s understaffed because there are no clerks at the deposit counters, instead there is a concierge to greet you and tell you politely that you have to wait , really ?????

Late review but.. the lady that I talked to on the phone was quite rude. However, when I actually went into the location the employee I got was very helpful, understanding and accommodating. I was in and out within minutes. I don’t remember his name but 5 stars to the tall guy with dark hair and blue eyes. 😊

The branch manager, Teme Daniels, provides excellent customer service. He's attentive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. During my last encounter, for a matter that was beyond our control, he went above and beyond his responsibility, at the end of the day, to provide a prompt resolution. More often than not, a gentleman named Ron answers the phone with a very positive attitude, you can almost hear the smile in his voice. He too is the consummate professional, I have not had an issue which he could not handle with ease. After banking with PNC for about 10 years, primarily at this branch, they treat us with respect and seem to genuinely care about our financial needs. I am disappointed that this branch has chosen to remove the drive-thru, since that was my primary mode of service. However, it has given me the opportunity to work with many of those inside; although less convenient than the drive-thru, they make every effort to help customers with their business very quickly.

Nice facility. Pleasant employees. Parking lot is cramped and a bit weird.
