The manager Anne looks for reason why they cannot help. Terrible customer service and a complete lack of empathy I would never put a dime in this bank. Be better PNC!

I went in to PCN bank for a dispute of charges on my bank account Lauren asked all the right questions and set me up an appointment with Angela They both made a stressful situation much easier to handle I truly appreciate their help I would recommend this branch of PCN bank to anyone who needs help! We had some problems transferring money to a Credit Union. No fault of PNC's, it was the CU causing problems. Ashley A. at the Taylor branch on Ecorse road was extremely HELPFUL in making this purchase work for us. Thanks Ashley!!

This PNC Bank is closing at 2:00 now that's way too early and bull****

Tried to call and talk to a human about refinancing my auto loan . The automated phone system keeps hanging up on you. Thanks I'll do business with a different bank now.

This branch has the rudest employees. My normal branch at Allen and Goddard moved to Southfield road. I went to the Monroe location and couldn’t even get in the door! The greeter heavyset lady with black hair on top and blonde on the bottom was extremely rude.she wouldn’t even let us in the door. I’ve been with Pnc Bank since it was Security bank and trust! I’m looking for a new bank for my banking needs with much better customer service. This lady has no business in front of customers with her rude attitude. No loyalty to their customers. DO NOT BANK HERE unless you want to encounter this woman who will stop you in your tracks and want to know all your business.

I love PNC Bank. I have been banking with them for about nine years now and have never had a problem with them. Pam- is wonderful and any kind of affidavit or fraud that I happen to have in my account during the holidays etc. she has always been a delight helping me get to the bottom of my problem. I also love that they have a machine to distribute debit cards on site which is such a relief in itself. I would suggest banking at PNC on the corner of Ecorse in Monroe in Taylor Michigan to any of my friends or family.

I came in about 35 before closing. Expressed that I had a couple questions regarding their checking accounts. The lady asked if I had an appointment which I did not. She asked if I’d like to make an appointment but I didn’t. Actually I just wanted to ask a couple questions which I felt like she worked there so she should’ve been able to answer..& there were 2 ladies conversing in their cubicle, another just sitting at her desk reading. The woman never attempted to go ask if I could be seen. Terrible service. She acted timid as if she was scared to check it out. Won’t patronize this branch.

The branch manager Ashley Anderson was outstanding. She gave me the best customer service while assisting me with opening a business account. Top notch service.

Tried to use the atm machine and again its not working no sign or anything that its broke...tried calling to let them know and the phone just keeps hanging up on you....
