PNC Bank Stringtown Rd, Grove City

Friendly staff, but they didn't get my account number right even when I gave it to them. They forgot to sign my cashier's check and it made me have to come back and redo the entire transaction. Also didn't ask for my ID until the second time I came back.

Slowest Bank I have ever been too. I have now been in the Drive-thru for 40 mins. Simple cash deposit takes 40mins. If you services from this location make sure you take a day off…

Came in to open an account. They were very busy on a Saturday and no one showed any kind of stress about it. The woman opening the account was not experienced in the type of account we needed, but did her best and was very resourceful in finding the assistance from other branches. Also, had 2 small children with me and they were very accommodating to bathroom breaks and desk items being played with.

Anytime I call to set up a service I never get a return call 5/2020-I called to have something notarized no return call 8/2020- I called and emailed to set up an appointment with Malcolm to check out several things with my account both methods was a failure 11/2020 I called to see about a cashiers check they gave me and not one soul have called back All around PNC is t a good fit for my banking I’ll be leaving for good 2021

One person was being helped when I arrived today. He took about 10 minutes. Ok I get that. After he left I was politely asked to wait. I did, later I asked if someone could help me with no responce. I was finally helped. I noticed the drive through was taken care of and now 4 customers were waiting behind me. Then they opened another window. My transaction was good, but I spent 30 minutes on an 800.00 withdrawal. Yeah, not pleased.

I am not a client here. I had a check that was drawn from one of their accounts. There was a hold. I went to the Chase branch and the Chase rep got on a 3 way call with the account holder they were extremely rude. All we needed was the clear date. Meagan was EXTREMELY unprofessional. She hung up on us the first time, then said she could not help us even after the account rep answered 6 security questions, then asked another 2 questions.... was dismissive to the Chase rep. All around horrible experience So bad I drove to the PNC bank to complain to the branch manager.

I have always had great service inside this branch. I did use another debit card other than pnc's on 4.20.18. My transaction, a withdrawal, was completed. The atm took my chg card. Asked me to notify my bank. I went in the branch. Was told the atms are outsourced. I called my bank my card was in good standing. Even told if it wasn't the withdrawal would not have happened. Total waste of my time. Had to order a new card. And I have yet to get a call back from PNC...which I left my number for a return call. Very, very disappointed.

Drive thru is so slow. And they are always short staffed.

Took my dad today and literally waited on line about 30 minutes...smh.
