The Assistant Manager Ky is the best. Personable, friendly and cares about her clients. I went in to get an issue resolved and she was immediately attentive and quickly resolved my problem

PNC it’s a very difficult bank this branch and the Manager extremely difficult they don’t care about small business, the tellers are nice , I’m surprised the she still have any employees working for her. During Covid I was getting 180 dollars on unemployment a week they act like they never saw me every week , I was so embarrassed I was difficult specially because my small business I was closed for 9 months ..

Don't know how you could give this branch any less than 5 stars. They continually show courteous, prompt service every time I go in. The staff, especially the tellers, are so nice and always strive to make conversation with you. It's a delight coming here.

Tellers are great. If all you are looking for is a place to deposit money and use tellers great, anything more they have no idea. Also promise tons but then never follow through within time frame they stated

I had a scheduled appointment that was confirmed. When I showed up that person wasn't even working that day.

While the staff is friendly, they clearly have a big bank mentality and literally have no small business services. Or non-profit has a substantial amount of money in PNC and by charter we are not allowed to invest in anything other than money market type investments.. I was told that they were no programs to invest this amount other than at their 0.15% rate (no promotional or rates for long time customers,, etc.) I've talked to a couple of local banks who have multiple options to service our needs. Will transfer to another bank as soon as possible.

I haven't had many interactions with the employees of this branch but so far, they have been pleasant. The atm is easy to use, the staff was helpful and courteous and I am definitely a fan of the fact that they issue debit cards.

This branch continues to disappoint, for many reasons, and we will be switching banks. With the current issue, I have called, emailed, and called again where I left a specific message with a specific person and told them it was "important", and I still do not have a call back.

Our family has 6 accounts at pnc back, we've had loans through pnc bank of longwood too. My son is listed on one of our accounts too. My son is starting college and my husband took him to the bank to cash his bonds and they would not cash them. I've been a pnc customer for 22 years and had my mom cancel with Wells Fargo to become a customer with pnc bank too. This is sad that.could not cash these bonds. My family is now looking for another bank.
