PNC Bank H St, Washington

This bank is very short staff and there's a lady name Latoya dent,...she needs to work on her customer service, she talks over you without getting all the facts and she's a know it all, when she really don't know much SMH, your better off visiting another Branch

This location never opens up on time at 9 o’clock like it’s supposed to it’s 911 and it’s still closed whoever the manager is should be fired

Love PNC but hate this branch. Very poor Customer Service which starts at the top with the Branch Manager - Theo. Had to call the branch about a unique situation. Theo placed me on hold for over 10 mins and did not even apologize..

John Ekeukei helped me count my mobey and saw that I was shorting myself $100! In an ethical manner, he corrected me, when he could have easily done something corrupt. This is avouch for a trustworthy teller.

We need banks In SE& NE We really need some banks in those neighborhoods

Worse location the staff specifically Patrick is absolutely the wrose employee bcuz of him I will never I will never reopen & close my account he is to disrespectful need to be train and he doesn't know how? to talk to women account holder maybe he wants to be one I suggest don,t go this location very poor service they need to close it down 💯

ATM ate my card and PNC employees would not look into returning it. Not helpful whatsoever. Would not recommend using their ATM nor their services -- felt like it was mainly due to laziness.

For me is great. It's very quick service. I forget her name one Ethiopian lady she really nice. She explains very ploitly .She perfect officer for customer. Thanks.

This branch sucks large smelly eggs. Twice in one month I encountered rude, unprofessional staff. The branch manager should be fired. I have banked for 10 years and if I didnt love PNC I would close my account.
