Good luck getting through on the 1-800 line to get anything done. Pnc doesn’t have an email either. The only decent experience I had was changing my name when I got married. Don’t use this bank if you ever want to use the atm. It is ALWAYS down being worked on, and last time it took our card and didn’t give us the money we withdrew. It took a long time to get the money put back into our account. When we would call to ask what was going on with it we were told we would get “called back” only to be forgotten about. That was just the last issue. So don’t use this bank if you want customer service. They even charge your account fees when you keep the minimum balance in the account. Overcharging for money orders. Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with.

Big city bank, small town service! Love my PNC account and I drive just to do business here again and again! Get a checking account or saving account here you will not be sorry!

Would not bank anywhere else. All of the staff here are so sweet, there are rarely a line of any kind. Professional friendly and helpful! thank you girls!

Pnc doesn’t even deserve one star. Understandable why they have so many lawsuits on their hands. I Will never bank with these scheming bastards again.

I had 3 checking account with PNC Bank. Being a gas station I had 2 business accounts. I went to see the manager for an account for State Lottery Transaction, but manager refused to open it. She added if I try to open through another branch she would get all the accounts closed. Well I went to my original branch in Lapeer and opened anyway. But right after two days I received letters that all of my accounts will be closed in 2 weeks. No reason was given. What I have heard that that Manager at Imlay City Branch does discrimination specially if you are not white. Anyway I have opened account in Talmer Bank in Imaly City. I have about 2 huge bundles of checks and 2 stamps that are of no use to me since PNC Bank thought they can close my account without explanation. I would recommend that you should not open an account there specially if it's a business account.

The manager and bankers have always been very helpful and the tellers are so nice. I especially love the manager Chelsey. She is so warm and caring every time I am in the branch.
