PNC Bank S Easton Rd, Glenside

The bank staff and manager at the Easton Branch were amazing and a delight! I am out here for an emergency family situation and I went in to handle some business and they were so kind and helpful, even pointed me in the right direction to a grocery store close by since I am from AZ and clueless of what is around.

Annette Davis was extremely helpful in aiding me to get access to my account numbers for an IRA rollover account. She was very helpful, polite, and actually hilarious. She’s great. The world needs more people in customer service like her.

I just spoke to a very impatient and extremely rude representative of your branch. Not only, didn’t she let me speak, she hung up on me, and then didn’t answer my calls once I called back. My only mistake was not documenting her name when she initially greeted me. I was considering opening an acct with PNC for my son, but if this is their representation, I may go elsewhere. UNACCEPTABLE!

Extremely personable my mother banked @ this location over 10yrs. They’re were other locations but she specifically liked this one, & I see why.

I have been banking here for along time and I love this place. Your in and out so in a short amount of time, I always feel welcomed. The staff, several people there, I genuinely look forward to seeing, because they are so friendly.

The people at this PNC are very kind and helpful. I have never had a visit where they did not do their best to help me as much as possible.
