PNC Bank N Wickham Rd, Melbourne

Was in this Branch around 11am to resolve an issue with the PNC application not allowing me to Online Banking. I was then taking care by Martha, who is an asset because she is bilingual10 years in PNC and understand the Spanish speaking culture since thins are different and she makes easier in particular for new comers, so she did a review in the system and also called Customer services online so finally the issue was resolved for my complete satisfaction was outline the positive attitude in providing a great Customer Services. This branch hires employees that do not know what they are doing.

So I was helped by Micheal B to open up a new account. I expressed to him the importance of having access to my money right away. I deposited money orders and he assured me that I would have access to using my debit card when I left the branch. I travel a lot and needed to secure some last min details for my upcoming trip and was unsuccessful due to the fact that none of my funds were available! PNC all of your employees should know your policy to avoid misleading customers. Now I’m out of some non refundable money and have to reschedule everything! I’m beyond upset and frustrated! If I could give no stars I would! I’m switching banks on Monday!

This branch has really gone down. Awful customer service! Even considered leaving PNC all together because of this branch location. Had to go to another location just to get my questions answered. If you are going to bank with PNC don't waste your time with this branch location.

Ana was amazing, we had trouble with online enrollment and she made it very simple, she has a wonderful personality and very good with kids, thank you so much, we are new customers and this was the best experience

Robert, the branch manager, has been nothing but helpful and courteous to us. We have had moments where he didn't have to step in but he did and took care of us and our accounts. When the time is right we will gladly come back to open new accounts with Rob's branch because we have been treated so well here.

Why close at 5pm when the other braches are open until 6pm? Some people have to work ya know!
