PNC Bank Town Center Dr, Collegeville

Be aware! This branch is not a real bank! I went there to deposit a check and was told that they are a cashless branch; although my transaction did not require cash, I was told that they still could not process the check deposit at that branch. I was instructed to use the ATM for my deposit. Normally, I’d be fine with that; but this was a large deposit into an account that was intentionally left without ATM access for security purposes. Just don’t go here if you need to do any actual banking.

Went to deposit money in the ATM this morning, I deposited $1381, immediately after I put my money in the ATM it made a grinding noise, returned $1350 and then spit my card out and said out of service, the other $31 was not deposited to my account or returned to me, and of course the location wasn't open for another hour, I want my $31 back ☹

I am updating a previous star rating from 1 to 4 stars based off of my more recent experience. I am a small business customer here and have had frustrations with the lack of flexibility of management. I did recently deal with a new branch manager Emily who did a great job coordinating some financing for me and cannot say enough good things about David Parker the Finance Manager that I dealt with here. Thank you David.

Ver bad experience. The customer relation rep don't have the professional knowledge when I consult them with the company's new account. They even can't advice me how I protect my account. Very disappointed.

There is literally no point to this building. Besides housing two ATMs. If you need to do anything with cash. Go elsewhere. Waste of time and waste of resources.

This is not a bank, they can not help you with any banking needs!

Emily Lymah the 'branch manager' is so rude. I can't believe someone put this girl in charge of a branch. I had a problem with one of my accounts. She had me standing in the lobby instead of being confidential in one of the rooms being able to sit down. giving my information. She refused to talk to me about anything and went straight to the pnc hotline. When I asked her a question she put a finger up in my face and told me to wait. I am very dissatisfied with my experience and I do not plan on banking with this branch and possibly company anymore.

Excellent super friendly service.called in today after the atm had a malfunction while i was depositing some money i was freaked out.Kristen picked up the phone and within 3 minutes my problem was solved and money credited back to my account.couldnt be any happier or grateful appreciate the excellent friendly service 👍👍👍
