Looks as if someone got fired here about 7 months ago and went on a Google review rant with friends and family. This bank is very convenient for many folks who live in this area. It has it’s busy times but is very convenient which outweighs the wait most times. If it looks too busy and I’m heading north on 88, to 51 via Baptist Rd, or toward SHV, I have three other PNCs to consider. Staff has always been very friendly and patient. Our family takes advantage of several services originated here.

christine the branch manager profiles people and is very lacking in knowledge. do not trust her with your card info. she doesnt know how to read abbreviations or look at information in front of her. i will do everything in my power to get her fired. pnc bank corporate offices ia appauled by her actions and directed me to another branch

Chris is always so pleasent when I go into cash my check every Friday..everyone is so delightful and welcoming..I don't think I will ever bank any where else ....thank you so much for great service...

does the company exist now? i dont want there to be any doubt about who got you fired and is pushing to have your under performing branch shut down. be glad i went this route instead of the alternatives.

The drive thru is the worst! I have 2 little ones, and lately I have had to wait at the "tube" for 15-20 min for service.

Beverly, Leah, Kay and Ciarra were all very kind today! I walked in a little upset because i had lost my debit card shortly before but the ladies were much help with their positivity and smiles! Thank you Beverly for issuing me a new card on the spot and being so kind!!

This was the first bank I joined when I turned 18. Now I am 26 and have been banking with them ever since. The staff is almost always smiling and everyone there knows me by name.

Hardly ever have issues at this bank! I have called for multiple reasons over the years and the tellers have always been able to help me one way or another.
