Barbara Babicz was so helpful and very easily set up a business checking account for my non profit. She took her time to understand our needs and seamlessly identified the option best suited for us! Very professional and pleasant experience, especially given restrictions right now with COVID. Thank you Homer PNC!

Very inattentive staff that was unable to answer basic relevant questions in regards to paperwork on my autoloan paper work taking shot in the dark guesses vs giving me a accurate explanation of each choice on payment options.would recommend either not banking with pnc or going to another branch that actually has informed employees that were properly trained or care about there job

Employees are very helpful. Barbara is always willing to go the extra mile for clients. Fast-pace.

Asked if I could open a business checking account - was told no and wouldn't tell me why.

Stopped at this out of state branch to open a new account for work, had all neccessary documents and identification but still wasnt able to open account. Felt like I was being questioned more in a suspicious manner than a customer service manner. Long story short I had to drive over 4 hours to a branch in my state with the exact same documents, was able to open the account with zero problems.

I sat in the drive thru and they took the line on the other side before me. I feel like this branch has very prejudice workers. I will never again visit this branch. I will not bank with Pnc period.
