Don't like complaining online but going in on a Monday at 3:50 and have to wait 40 plus minutes just to wait on somebody to see me to replace my card. Love PNC been with them since 2012 but definitely the worse experience I've had here. Love the people but just trying to replace my card shouldn't take 40 minutes and still not see anyone.

Going to stop inside service cut your hours MAKE SURE YOUR ATMS WORK PNC is worthless and useless they should sell out to someone who can operate a bank properly

Love this bank!! And Melinda is the best! We went in to open a checking account yesterday for my daughter and Melinda spent at least an hour going over everything with her and then took her to the ATM machine and taught her how to do several transactions! This is the best personal service of any business and certainly any bank I have ever had!!

Slowest Pnc I’ve ever been too. Takes 3 tellers to do one transaction. If there wasn’t one in a Laplata I’d switch banks
