PNC Bank Lake Michigan Dr, Allendale

Allissa is an interested, engaging, helpful staff member. She is positive and cheerful and makes one feel very welcome at the branch while doing banking.

I frequently come to this branch as it’s the closest to my house. I recently started going to other braches and discovered that the folks at this branch make you through hoops and do things the difficult way. Had to stop in to this branch for some business and mentioned that the other branches never make me jump through hoops and the teller asked me to tattle on the other branches. No ma’am. I avoid going to this branch at all costs.

Atm's work great, sadly that's about where the nice things end. Hence the one star.

What a complete joke! I went into the bank to make change and they refused to do so because I wasn't a customer there. I've gone to numerous banks over my lifetime and never had this happen to me before. Obviously at PNC Bank, it's all about the money and not customer service to the community of Allendale.

Wanted to bank there but very strange feelings of being pawned off to customer service which transferred me to a branch in Indiana at which point I was given a number that promised me to the front of the line of customer service to just have that number not even ring just a busy tone. What a joke

This branch was always most convenient for me although after stopping by just a few times this branch alone made me want to switch banks. If you need to stop by a branch or need assistance avoid this one.

Pnc bank overdraft fees are terrible. I overdrafted $20 payed it the SAME day when I received the notification through text and still charged me the next day with a fee of $35! I am beyond frustrated with this bank. I could overdraft 5 cents and still get a fee. They would not issue a refund. I even had overdraft protection! I am closing all my accounts and going with a different bank. May even use prepaid cards from another bank with no overdraft fee!

This bank is absolutely hideous! Beware! Any fraud problems will not be solved.

This whole chain of banks are the best I have found. Every one I have gone too has been a good experience. They won my business from 5/3 from their reasonable programs and friendly service.
